These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Market Path (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") through marketpath.eu and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@marketpath.eu if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or collect data from the Platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video materials, course content, software, logos, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of Market Path or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4.2 Your Content
If you submit, upload, or post any content to the Platform, including discussion contributions, assignments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to certain seminars or content may require payment. All fees are stated at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee using your selected payment method. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon renewal of any subscription or at the start of a new purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your account or subscription at any time by contacting us at support@marketpath.eu or through the account settings where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on the nature of the service purchased. We encourage you to review the specific terms presented at checkout before completing any purchase.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation in seminars or use of educational materials. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Market Path and its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Path and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Market Path operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by us in our reasonable discretion.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the point of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Market Path with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
